I am so very glad I met the testing person. Unfortunately her name escapes me at the moment but she was the most beautiful person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She took all the time needed to make sure I understood the testing process. Was so very patient with me when I didn’t respond to the a portion of the test properly. It took 3 times before I was able to perform the test properly. She is a true asset to your company. Thank you Thank you Thank you.

My appointment at Northeast Occupational was very detailed and professional. The doctor paid close attention to my concerns and issues. In addition, the hearing examine was brief, yet focused. Most importantly, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Great doctor and staff.

The whole process was well orchestrated from the initial appointment call, confirmation text prior and the actual appointment. This morning my husband had an appointment, first the receptionist was friendly, waiting room was very clean. My husband said Dr D. Berry was very nice and knowledgeable, she explained the process and paperwork properly. After the test he saw her sanitized the headphones etc. Was very happy the office was open on a Sunday.

People’s were very professional with good people skills. My wait time was 20 min after my appointment but that was fine. Travel time to and from appointment took 4 hours which was excessive

Dr. Dee Is Phenomenal!! It has been 5 years and i was scared taking the class virtual and not in a class setting, but her ease of teaching and how she makes you comfortable is remarkable!! I can't wait to take this class again because I will MOST definitely take it with her AGAIN!! Dr. Dee Keep doing what you are doing you are a Blessing in disguise!!! Recommending to everyone who has to take this course.

I recently took this class with Dr. Hightower and as of today I am officially certified!!! This was one of the best classes I have taken. Her teaching style kept us all engaged and she set us up for success. I highly recommend her as an instructor and would glad take any other class she teaches!

Took the CAOHC Certification class and exam through Northeast Occupational Audiology Associates this week. Dr. Dee is a great teacher, she is engaging, and such a positive force! She is supportive throughout the class!! It was a lot of info but she used real world examples which made the concepts stick in my head. I felt VERY prepared to take the test( and pass!). Helpful handouts and reviews. I do recommend this program to anyone looking to get CAOHC certified!!

Dr. Dee was amazing! There is a lot of content require to become CAOCH certified, but Dr. Dee is able to keep students engaged without being overwhelming. I highly recommend taking her course, if you have the opportunity.

Took my recert with Dr Dee. I was skeptical of the online class but she made it super easy. As an instructor, Dr. Dee is amazing. Kept the class moving, was upbeat, definitely knowledgeable. Will use this for my next recert in five years for sure.

My appointment got canceled while I was enroute to the appointment so the squeezed me in 2 hours later , this would normally make me pissed , but when I showed up everyone was so polite and genuine I really had a great time at the doctors ? Yeah I actually did , fantastic group of people

I signed up to take my refresher course as an OHC for my CAOHC recertification. Dr Dee was great! The course was virtual but great nonetheless. The format and review of topics was perfect for preparing for the exam. The course was interactive, but Dr. Dee never makes you feel like you are on the spot. I would recommend this hands down and without hesitation.

Dr. Berry’s expertise, professionalism, and compassion were evident from the moment she greeted me! Her warmth is in tune with patient needs and I recommend her practice to everyone!

Dr Berry, is the most Sincere Doc, I have had in a long time. Her Assistant Abigail was Great as well. Too bad she's not a Psychiatrist, she has the spiritual energy of a healer.

I definitely recommend Dr. Hightower, her teaching style was fun and informative. I took a virtual course. She sent out the attachment’s so we were prepared with the information. She also went through every section which was so helpful. She makes sure each student knows and understands the information. We played Jeopardy the day of the exam for review which helped a lot. In 5 years I look forward to getting recertified by her. Thank you Dr. Hightower.

The online Occupational Hearing Conservationist course was very well done. despite the limitations inherent to online learning necessitated by the current state of public health. The online resources and simulations were very engaging and most effective in meeting course objectives. I also liked the pacing of the course - limiting individual classes to only four hours per day prevented fatigue and inattention. I have already highly recommended this course to coworkers and other colleagues.
